Timothy Douglas Brett King, 53, pleaded guilty in the ACT Magistrates Court on Tuesday to four charges of committing an act of indecency without consent.
The charges relate to incidents, all involving the same victim, that took place in 2012 and 2013.
Court documents show King walked in on the victim three times while she was naked.
In one incident, he directed her to turn 360 degrees and expose her naked body to him.
Court documents say the girl felt uncomfortable, but King found it "sexually exciting and stimulating".
On the other two occasions, King made comments about the girl's naked body, including a suggestion that she remove her pubic hair.
The girl attempted to cover her breasts and groin area when this happened.
Court documents also detail a fourth incident, in which King reached under the girl's clothes.
He cupped and massaged one of the girl's breasts and asked, "You won't tell anyone, will you?"
The girl agreed not to but felt "extremely uncomfortable", according to court documents.
The girl reported what had happened to her mother, who confronted King.
King sent the girl and her mother emails about the incidents in the months that followed.
He admitted in emails to the girl that he was "attracted to [her], physically, emotionally and mentally".
King also said the girl "could have replaced [his partner] if something happened to her".
In reference to the incidents, he wrote: "I don't think I'll be able to convince certain people that the sexual element was very very minor".
King also told the girl in an email that he had used "lame excuses" for his behaviour at the time, and described what he had done as "so inappropriate".
In an email to the girl's mother, King admitted to using "intimidation and coercion" against the girl, but also downplayed the seriousness of the incidents.
"I still believe that I wasn't seeking full sexual contact but I was certainly seeking the sexual stimulation/excitement that the nudity provided," King wrote.
The girl reported the incidents to police last year.
When interviewed by investigators, King admitted to touching the girl and "engineering instances to see her naked", court documents say.
He told officers his actions were wrong, and said he had been curious about how the girl had developed since puberty.
King told the ACT Magistrates Court on Tuesday that he was now living in Adelaide and had been seeing a counsellor.
He is employed as a drafting manager, according to a profile on the website of a company based in South Australia.
Magistrate James Stewart placed King on bail ahead of sentencing in May.
"The realistic expectation is some type of imprisonment," Mr Stewart told King.
Mr Stewart said his sentencing options included full-time imprisonment or a suspended jail sentence, with an intensive correction order not available to the court because King no longer lived in the ACT.
