While that quarantine is set to ruin the Cofidis rider's birthday, he has been keeping himself entertained in the confines of his room - launching a YouTube guide to keeping fit in quarantine.
Haas's teammates were also all cleared, but they continue to remain in isolation in their rooms due to suspicions of a positive case of COVID-19 on their floor.
If Haas has to remain in quarantine for 14 days then he'll spend his 31st birthday cooped up in his Yas Marina room.
Haas was competing in the UAE Tour when it was called off on Thursday after suspicions emerged of two cases of the coronavirus in the race caravan.
It led to a complete lock down of the hotel the Canberran was staying in, with all riders and team staff tested for the disease.
Haas and all of his teammates' tests have come back negative, but given their potential proximity to a suspected carrier they've been kept in isolation.
The Cofidis doctor will continue to monitor the team over the next 14 days.
That will take in Haas's birthday, which he was expected to celebrate back in Europe on March 12.
Those plans have hit a dampener, but the 30-year-old hasn't let it affect his spirits.
He took to Twitter to ask Zwift to deliver them some indoor trainers to keep them occupied.
But with it unclear whether they could get them through the quarantine he then created a video with teammate Attilio Viviani on how to keep in shape while in isolation.
Suitcase pushes for a warm up, suitcase press-ups, teammate piggy-back squats, corridor sprints and suitcase hurdles were all part of the attempt to stop himself going stir crazy.
"You can lose training, but you don't have to lose fitness," Haas said.
Cofidis general manager Cedric Vasseur said team morale was still high despite the situation.

"I'm reassured to know that all of our team's tests are negative," he said in a statement.
"We fully understand the measures that have been put in place by the local authorities and the UAE Tour organisers.
"In the face of this situation, the health of the athletes and the entire staff will always be above all sporting interests.
"Nevertheless, we hope for a rapid repatriation of our entire team.
"While following the recommendations of the health authorities, we are prepared for all eventualities for the next races if similar situations occur again or if drastic measures, up to and including cancellation, are taken.
"Furthermore, we are going to redouble our vigilance within the team by organizing protocols in order to fight as effectively as possible against the risks of spreading the virus."
