Scott faces two counts of allegedly assaulting a police officer following Australia Day celebrations in Sydney.
He trained with the Raiders on Friday while his lawyer appeared in court at the Sydney Downing Centre.
The matter has been set down for a hearing on July 14-15, with a further mention date on June 16 to confirm the hearing date.
