They finished the WNCL season in fifth spot with four wins, with Western Australia beating NSW in the final.
It's the ninth time NSW have won the women's spirit of cricket gong, while Tasmania have won it two years in a row.
They also won the men's award, while Moises Henriques and Nic Maddinson took out the Sheffield Shield player of the year.
Marnus Labuschagne and Usman Khawaja split the domestic one-day player of the year, while Nicole Bolton won the WNCL award.
Marcus Stoinis and Sophie Devine took out the Big Bash League prizes.
