Social distancing is a term we've all come to know (even if some don't quite understand it) but how we deal with the isolation is another thing completely. Kindness through these anxious days will help us get through the coming weeks and months.

A good news story to finish the day. An Italian man who was born during the Spanish flu outbreak in 1919 is recovering from coronavirus and has been discharged from hospital. The 101-year-old man is believed to be the oldest person to survive to date.
