Papalii said he'd be willing to move to Queensland and go into to camp if it helped the NRL season get back nuder way and Raiders chief executive Don Furner felt that sentiment extended across the entire Canberra squad.
Furner's part of the NRL's Project Apollo, which is looking into every contingency to return to play when the coronavirus pandemic begins to ease.
That includes investigating potential locations for the entire NRL to go into camp and isolate themselves away from the general public.
The Canberra Times revealed the AIS has already ruled themselves out of being a potential venue, with other places - like a resort in Gladstone in Queensland - possibilities.
It would potentially mean the Raiders players would be away from their families for weeks or months as the NRL resumed.
The competition was suspended after just two rounds due to the COVID-19 virus.
Papalii said if it meant winning the Raiders' first premiership since 1994 then he would be there.

"I'm willing to do anything to win the comp and I'm pretty sure the Canberra Raiders are willing to move away for a few weeks to try and pursue that," he said.
"My missus knows my heart and she knows I'll do anything to win a comp with these boys.
"The wife [Masepa] probably won't be too happy, but she knows when it comes to taking care of business I'm very determined to hopefully help the Canberra Raiders win their first premiership since '94."
Furner said that sentiment extended across the Green Machine squad.
He said provided they could do so without increasing their or the community's chances of contracting the coronavirus then they would.
"All the players would be very keen to get back playing," he said.
"A lot of people are still working. It may well be that at no further risk they can get back working in July or August."
