The new cases include two men, one in their 60s, the other in their 70s.
One has been linked to overseas travel while the other new case acquired the virus though close contacts.
The death toll in the ACT remains at two.
The number of coronavirus cases in Canberra Hospital has dropped to four, with the remainder of cases in self isolation.
Almost half of all confirmed cases in the ACT have recovered from COVID-19 with 47 cases now released from self isolation.

One case of coronavirus is still under investigation as to how they acquired the virus.
Another case of the virus that was under investigation as of Tuesday has been confirmed as having acquired the virus interstate, after detailed contact tracing.
There remains no community transmission in the ACT.
Acting ACT chief health officer Dr Vanessa Johnston said it was critical for Canberrans to keep up social distancing measures.
"Complying with the rules on physical distancing and staying at home as much as possible are most certainly helping us flatten the curve," Dr Johnston said.
"Please stay at home this Easter long weekend. Do not travel to the coast.
"It is still important that we comply with physical distancing rules as well as maintaining our excellent hand and respiratory hygiene practices. These will lessen the impact on our health system when community transmission does occur here in Canberra."
