NSW police say the man, 29, was harassing and intimidating the woman through social media, several months after a personal violence order was taken out against him in relation to the same woman in October 2019.
The incident was reported to police in January this year with Monaro police launching an investigation.
Following investigations, police carried out a search warrant at a home on Geewa Street in Cooma on Thursday, leading to the man's arrest.
