M16 applications

M16 is seeking applications for the tenancy of the Lightbox Studio, small spaces suitable for jewellers and small-scale makers. Both Studio 1 and 2 will be available from June 16, 2020. Monthly rent for each studio is currently under rent relief of $117 a month but will return to the normal rate of $195 a month as of the end of September. These costs include GST, water and electricity. The M16 studios are open during the current COVID-19 social distancing measures as each studio is a contained workspace. Applications are due by Monday, May 11 at 5pm. See: m16.com.au.
