Following an investigation, the 28-year-old woman was charged with negligent driving causing death, negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, and cutting in front of a vehicle after overtaking.
The woman was behind the wheel of a Hyundai sedan on the morning of December 7 when it collided with an SUV, near Crookwell, north of Canberra.
The 62-year-old woman died at the scene. The 64-year-old male driver of the SUV and the 28-year-old driver of the Hyundai were treated and taken to Canberra and Goulburn hospitals with minor injuries.
The woman is due to appear before Goulburn Local Court on August 5.
