Brumbies, Raiders, ACT government and health officials are speaking daily about crowd limitations for the reopening of the venue at the start of July.
The Raiders, however, are likely to use their ticket allocation for Campbelltown for corporate partners for their game against Manly on Sunday, which is hoped will be their last "home" game in Sydney.
