It means the Green Machine have lost Corey Horsburgh (foot), Sia Soliola (face) and now Guler for massive chunks of the 2020 NRL season - with the first two potentially out for the rest of the season.
The Raiders had hoped Guler's injury wasn't too serious, but scans revealed he'd fractured his ankle when he limped off during the win over St George Illawarra on Friday.
He doesn't require surgery.
While the Raiders have veteran prop Dunamis Lui to come straight in, it means Canberra coach Ricky Stuart will likely have to field a debutant against the Melbourne Storm at Canberra Stadium on Saturday.
Kai O'Donnell would seem the likely option having been named on the extended bench several times this season.
But the Raiders also have Darby Medlyn and Ata Mariota in their squad.
A left-field option could be to use Jordan Rapana (calf) as a second rower, with both Hudson Young and Elliott Whitehead able to play in the middle.
But Rapana faces a fitness test to take on the Storm.
Soliola will have surgery this week and was expected to be out for three or four months - potentially ending his season - after a head clash with Dragons prop Blake Lawrie.
