Police searched the house, which is valued at $1.1 million, on Friday, June 10.
At the house, police allegedly found a sophisticated hydroponic growing system and a single barreled shotgun.
The owner and resident of the property was not home during the execution of the search warrant.
ACT Policing was granted a restraining order on the house on July 15.
ACT police are asking for the man to present himself to Belconnen Police Station.
