From Monday, July 20, Surf Beach and Brou waste management facilities will be open only for bushfire clean-up contractors, tradies, and commercial contractors, not the general public.

Moruya waste transfer station will stay open for domestic waste, allowing rural residents not on kerbside collection to get rid of their waste.

Batemans Bay Visitor Information Centre is closed, along with the Council Depot.

The community centre is open, but only to those with an existing booking and a COVID-safe plan in place.

Eurobodalla's three libraries at Batemans Bay, Moruya and Narooma are closed for public browsing but open for click and collect. Contact the libraries or visit the website for details - www.esc.nsw.gov.au/libraries

The Basil Sellers Exhibition Centre in Moruya is closed.

The council's administration building in Moruya is open for now, however, the council said it was following the NSW premier's advice to limit unnecessary travel, and asked residents to do their business with the council online or over the phone.

"Only customer service staff will be available at the front counter for the time being," a council spokesperson said.

"Sportsgrounds, playgrounds and outdoor gyms are open, and essential services such as household bin collection, water, sewer, and most administrative services are operating as usual.

"This includes the hard waste (junk) collection, which kicked off today in the south of the shire.

"These temporary measures will be reviewed as the week progresses."
