The three men, whom ACT police say were armed with weapons of some kind, approached the townhouse in a residential complex on Goldstein Crescent on Monday night, July 7.
One man waited outside while two men forced their way inside.
A number of people were at home at the time of the forced entry.
The intruders demanding property and drugs, and one person - believed to be a man but police are not disclosing this - was bashed with a weapon.
One of the intruders is seen running from the scene with a baton, and the other with a bag.
The offenders then drove off with the stolen property. The injured person was later treated by ambulance officers and transported to hospital.
Later on the evening of July 7, a member of the public disturbed two men attempting to break into a vehicle in Richardson.
These intruders were in the same type of vehicle seen at the Chisholm incident, and two men were subsequently taken into custody. It is unclear as to whether these two men were also involved in the earlier incident.
Police are seeking the public's assistance to identify the three men in the footage and would like to speak to anyone who can identify them.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police on 131 444 and quote reference 6570502, or contact Crime Stoppers directly.
