The railway, on Jerrabomberra Avenue, has been closed virtually since the start of the coronavirus pandemic in March.
Members have spent the time building new tracks, and an extra station to separate getting on and off the trains.
The trains are also cleaned between rides.
It's due to be open 10am to 2.30pm on Sunday.
Rides are $3 each or $15 for an all-day ticket.
