More than 68,100 tests have been conducted throughout the pandemic and the ACT has recorded 113 cases.

The death toll remains three and 110 people have recovered.

Health Minister Rachel Stephen-Smith has extended the public health emergency until November.

Chief health officer Kerryn Coleman said on Thursday there would be no change to restrictions, two weeks after they were further eased in the territory.

"While we are fortunate in the ACT to be in a good position, with no active cases and our last new case being five weeks ago, we do not exist in a vacuum," ACT Health said.

"The situation can change quickly, either here or in our neighbouring jurisdictions. We are continuing to monitor the ongoing situation in neighbouring Victoria and NSW very closely."

NSW recorded five new cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm Wednesday night.

These included three locally acquired cases, one of which is under investigation.
