A model who ripped off and raped escorts during a fraudulently funded sex romp will spend at least 16 months behind bars.

Kristian James Mynott was sentenced in the ACT Supreme Court on Monday for two counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
The 42-year-old, who still appears in advertisements for Transport Canberra, pleaded guilty to the charges in March 2020 - only 12 days before he was set to go to trial.
Mynott, who now co-owns a cleaning business in Canberra, was also once a part-time actor whose credits included an appearance in the ABC political drama Total Control.
The court on Monday heard Mynott, who stole customers' credit card details while he worked at a Fyshwick business in 2017, used the details to con one NSW-based escort around June that year.
Mynott sent the escort a message saying, "I'm looking to fly a rent boy or two to Canberra tonight", offered him some $1500, and paid for his flight to the national capital in the company of another sex worker.
The sex workers were met in Canberra by a chauffeur who took them to the Rex Hotel. The court heard Mynott got them to come to his nearby apartment, where he waited with two other sex workers.

On the way to the airport the following morning, Mynott told the NSW-based escort he'd stop at an ATM and get cash to pay him for the sex they'd had the night before, but never came back to the car.
In a statement read to the court, the escort said he was upset by the realisation he wouldn't get paid. He said he couldn't afford rent or food because of the betrayal, and eventually left sex work because he'd been raped by Mynott. The escort's consent to sex was negated when Mynott didn't pay him.
"I was relying on that money ... I had to ask friends for help," the escort said.
The court heard that also in 2017, Mynott promised a Victorian-based man flights to Canberra and $2000 cash for sex. Instead of paying him after the fact, Mynott left him stranded in a hotel under the pretence he'd be "back in 10 minutes".
The sex worker went to the police and reported the rape. During Mynott's sentencing for the credit card fraud in January, the court heard he gave one escort the details of a customer's credit card and told him he could use them to buy items and make up the fee Mynott owed him.
The escort went on to use the card details to buy several items of furniture including a "jazz lamb fur rug" and designer desk lamps, and to pay his electricity bill.
On Monday, prosecutor Skye Jerome said there was "deliberate deception on both occasions" Mynott raped the escorts.
Chief Justice Helen Murrell agreed Mynott's offences were pre-meditated, but said they weren't particularly sophisticated. By Mynott inviting his victims to his apartment, he revealed his true identity on documents and made defunct the alias he'd presented the sex workers with.
Chief Justice Murrell sentenced Mynott to a total three years and four months' jail, with his 16-month non-parole period set to expire on December 23, 2021.
She took into account Mynott's medical condition, which would make him more vulnerable to catching COVID-19 in the Alexander Maconochie Centre.
