Eastlake's impressive 26-point win over Queanbeyan on Saturday was soured by a serious hamstring injury to young gun Sam Jensen.

The former Tiger went down in the first half and now looks likely to miss the rest of Eastlake's premiership charge which is starting to gather significant momentum after a fifth-straight win.
In near perfect conditions at Football Park, coach John Harper watched his Demons skip out to a hefty half-time lead and then repel a more determined Tigers outfit after the break to leapfrog their opponent into second spot on the ladder.
"I'd say that's the season for Sammy [Jensen] which is unfortnuate, he was a big part of us going forward and he's a quality young man too, he'll be sadly missed," Harper said
"We've got some blokes in the twos who are going really well, putting their hand up and they get an opportunity.
"Our first loss was to Queanbeyan in round one and we haven't lost a game since. We've had a couple of terrible weekends with the weather and just haven't been able to play the footy we would have liked to because it's been wet and cold.
"They were perfect conditions out there for both sides. They both cracked in, there's a lot of sore and sorry and blokes with a lot of cramps at the moment."
In his first year at the Demons, Harper has quickly assembled a group of players which look capable of challenging heavyweights Queanbeyan, Belconnen and Ainslie for a flag.
"I've known a lot of these boys for a number of years when I was associated with some of the other clubs here in Canberra, I've seen their growth and they're just a good quality young group," Harper said.
"Getting a couple of blokes back like Benny Halse, Aaron Bruce, Angus Baker, it's just helped our cause because they're natural leaders themselves and they know how to play the game. It's helped our other leaders grow and mature.
"We knew that when we played them [Queanbeyan] in round one we were probably a little bit underdone, we hadn't played together as a side.
"Over the last six or seven weeks, our blokes have done everything I've asked of them and they've asked of each other. It's just been really positive, they're a really good group to coach.
"They got rewarded today."
The Tigers threatened to come back late in the piece as Griffith recruit Jordan Iudica kicked truly either side of three-quarter time, but the Demons held tight before a late Grange McMahon finish from close range sealed the result.

"They're a lot better side than round one," Tigers coach Adrian Pavese said.
"We thought we prepared really well but we didn't really know what to expect. Their first quarter was really really good and we've usually been pretty good first quarters and in the end that was the difference.
"We fought hard while not being brilliant and they certainly took their opportunities."
Pavese was confident his side would bounce back against winless Gungahlin next weekend.
"We just need to be better, and cleaner under adversity.
"I thought we hung in there were just crucial times we just couldn't get the back to back goals or things like that.
"We won't throw anything out, I think our gameplan stacks up and I think we're right in there."
