The new and improved cellar door brings an experience designed to adhere to social distancing norms, with the same iconic views and spectacular wines that regulars know and love.
The newly refurbished cellar door opens up the design of their straw bale and rammed earth winery, and creates new opportunities for visitors to learn about Yarrh's sustainable growing techniques and low-intervention winemaking philosophy.
They saw the lockdown period of the COVID-19 pandemic as a chance to take a short sabbatical to assess how they could create new opportunities for wine lovers to engage with Yarrh.
"More and more, wine lovers are looking for a deeper engagement with their producers," McGregor said.
"The COVID-19 pandemic gave us an opportunity to think about how we could create this engagement, while adhering to the new normal of social distancing.
"We'd like new customers to get a better understanding of what we do, how we do it and even a little of why we do it, while also accommodating our regulars who want to simply taste the latest releases and make their selections."
Tasting the wines grown here adds a timeless feeling of immersion in the landscape.

The new wine tasting experiences have something that everyone can enjoy, from a guided tour of the vineyard, to simply savouring a glass at the wine patio over a selection of tucker items, simple dishes designed to complement the wine tasting experience.
The wine flight - a selection of wines to enjoy while seated at a rustic, hand-crafted timber table overlooking the vineyard and the Yass River valley - is for those simply wanting to try new wines.
Those that have a little more time can enjoy a winemaker's sail - a set of gourmet food and wine matches, curated seasonally by Yarrh's winemaker, and featuring locally sourced foods.
"Tasting the wines grown here adds a timeless feeling of immersion in the landscape," Wholohan said.
"To know what this block can produce, and its unique nuances, makes a visit truly memorable.
"As producers, we have visited a range of remarkable regions and wineries across Australia and the world, and we know how profoundly meaningful it can be to find a wine you love in a place you love.
"We aspire to provide the same to others."
Established in 1997, Yarrh Wines is located 45 minutes from Canberra and 10 minutes from the rural village of Murrumbateman. All wines are made from their own vineyard and bottled on site, in the beautiful rammed earth and straw bale winery.

Kiosk pop-up
Louis Couttoupes has been blown away by the response to his Kiosk surprise pop-ups. Tickets sell out in minutes and the waitlist fills up just as quickly so we can't guarantee by the time you read this there'll be any left. There's one this weekend - Friday 25, Saturday, 26 and Sunday 27 September. He's put together a seafood-focused, nine-course tasting menu ($80pp) and he'll be crashing the Intra kitchen in the new Campbell precinct.
Tickets will be available on the Intra website only. Keep an eye on Instagram @louiscouttoupes or intracbr.com.au if you're keen. Maybe if enough of us hassle him for tickets he might do this more often.
Who's your daddy?
One of the best things to come out of lockdown was when the Ramen Daddy lads turned home delivery drivers, bringing their delicious DIY packs to your kitchen.
They've suspended delivery for a while in preparation for the opening of the shop front at Verity Lane, happening soon, stay tuned.
The ramen can still be picked up from IGA Ainslie, it's delivered every Wednesday noon but be quick they sell fast.
It's the quick or the dead in this town, it seems.
