The race in Brindabella between Labor's Taimus Werner-Gibbings and The ACT Greens' Johnathan Davis remains tight, with Labor currently taking the lead for the fifth seat in that electorate by 70 votes, as of 6.30pm Tuesday night.
In the Belconnen-based seat of Ginninderra, Labor Attorney-General Gordon Ramsay has retained a close lead of nine votes ahead of Liberals candidate Peter Cain.
As counting continues and preferences are distributed the situation will continue to shift throughout the week.
The ACT Greens' Rebecca Vassarotti looked clear to take the fifth seat in the inner-city electorate of Kurrajong but her opponent Liberals' Candice Burch has taken a slight resurgence, although Ms Vassarotti remains in the lead.
ACT Labor looks likely to claim at least 10 seats in the next ACT Legislative Assembly, the Canberra Liberals 8 and the ACT Greens 5.
