Yesterday we learned of risks facing the ABC and SBS being able to continue regional television coverage as they'll need to find extra cash to maintain those services.
It was also uncovered the government has spent more than $3 million pursuing criminal prosecutions against former ACT attorney-general Bernard Collaery and former spy Witness K, with those costs expected to rise.
Today we will hear evidence from some of the nation's most important office holders, such as the Information Commissioner and the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
The National Archives and Australia Post will also take their positions in the estimates hot seat.
