Canberra Airport recorded over 16 millimetres of rain by 9am Saturday, with further showers forecasted throughout the weekend.
Games at Jamison, Chisholm and ANU were all officially called off at 10am, with the match-up between Ginninderra and Queanbeyan at Kippax cancelled just before play was set to begin at 11.
There are no plans to reschedule the games, which means Ginninderra remain top of the John Gallop Cup with seven points after round two's washout.
Queanbeyan and Weston Creek Molonglo will maintain second and third spot, with ANU and Tuggeranong in fourth and fifth position, having had last week's match-up also abandoned.
Sundays scheduled fifth grade fixtures are still going ahead at this stage, with grounds to be assessed in the morning.
