And that's to win a historic WNBL championship for her adopted home at home.
The Capitals will head to Mackay next week for one of their toughest campaigns yet, with Paul Goriss' side to looking to secure a three-peat inside a north Queensland hub.
But the Capitals' grueling road-trip won't seem so bad for the likes of Froling and Marianna Tolo. Because it's a chance to wear the Canberra colours in their home towns.
Froling, a Townsville junior, will miss Canberra's passionate fans but is excited to have her family cheer on the team instead.
"We would have loved to play in Canberra in front of our home fans, we definitely have the best fans here," Froling said.
"If we had a choice, I think north Queensland would have been our next best one. As disappointing as it is not playing here, it's good I can go home.
"Mum and dad are really excited, they're planning that. Grandma lives in the Whitsundays near Mackay, so she's already got the games and time schedules for when she can come watch."
The 2020 draw was released on Wednesday morning, with the Capitals to launch their campaign in Mackay. They'll play four matches in Tolo's native city, before going to Cairns and rounding out the season Townsville.
Players and staff will be able to take advantage of Queensland's more relaxed COVID-19 restrictions, but Goriss says "we can't spend all day at the beach."
The Capitals mentor, who also has family in Townsville, will look to overcome the challenge of hub life by finding a routine for his players.
"I think getting into a routine will be the super important thing," Goriss said.
"While we're up there, as much as we've got families and friends around for some of us, we've got a job to do. And that's to win another championship.
"They'll be lots to do with recovery, strength and conditioning - trying to stay in a normal routine as much as we can in that hub."
Tickets for the WNBL season will be available from Thursday.
