Police arrested and charged the 17-year-old with affray late Wednesday afternoon.
That afternoon he appeared before the ACT Children's Court and was released on bail.
It was the second arrest police have made in relation to the September 27 incident and they expect further charges will be laid.
On Wednesday, a 16-year-old boy faced court charged with murder and affray, after an 18-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death.
Police allege a group of teenagers and young adults were involved in a fight at the park, which was allegedly sparked by threats made online.
The group allegedly agreed to meet at the Dillon close park on the evening of September 27. When officers arrived on the scene about 1am, two people had stab wounds, including the 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy.
The 16-year-old boy was taken to hospital, while the 18-year-old later died at the scene.
Police alleged the boy who has been charged with murder used a knife to stab the 18-year-old multiple times.
Both the 16-year-old and 17-year-old will next appear in court on November 23.
