WorkSafe ACT said 18 residential construction sites in the suburb were inspected last Wednesday.
During the blitz 12 prohibition notices were issued, which mostly related to unsafe scaffolding.
There were also 42 improvement notices and four infringement notices issued.
Throsby is the latest in a series of suburbs to be targeted by WorkSafe ACT as part of its Operation Safe Prospect campaign.
As part of the campaign, inspections conduct a mass action across greenfield development suburbs.
The campaign was named in memory of two construction workers who lost their lives in separate incidents in Denman Prospect earlier this year.
Denman Prospect, Watson, Ginninderry and Taylor have previously been covered and more than 100 safety notices have been handed down.

ACT work health and safety commissioner Jacqueline Aguis said inspectors were alarmed at a lack of compliance.
"We continue to see the same issues on construction sites, such as scaffolding safety and risk of falls from heights, poor site security, a lack of signage, electrical hazards, poor housekeeping, and a lack of basic facilities (like toilets) for workers," she said.
"It's time to get real about safety in the ACT. The safety culture needs to improve so workers in this industry can go home safely at the end of their shift."
