It's simple: donate a used handbag in good condition or a new one, fill it with everyday items that make a difference to a woman or girl such as period products, shampoo deodorant, toothpaste; add a little luxury or two such as a lipstick or pen and paper and finish with a special note or Christmas card.
Then drop the donated bags to any Bunnings between November 20-29.
Share the Dignity volunteers will then collect the bags and distribute them to registered charities ensuring that the gifts are received in time for Christmas.
Last year, Share the Dignity collected more than 127,000 bags at Bunnings stores nationally.
Share the Dignity works with over 2600 charities and this year there have been more than 100,000 requests for help.
