Boyle, a dual-code international, is back in blue and ready to help lead NSW to an Origin three-peat at Sunshine Coast Stadium on Friday night.
It'll be her second appearance in the interstate clash in as many years, having enjoyed a rapid rise through the ranks and established herself as a mainstay in the 13-a-side code.
She's spent the past two years plying her trade with the Brisbane Broncos, winning two premierships and an Origin title. But once the league bubble bursts, the fight for the NSW prop's services is set to intensify.
With both the Rugby and Rugby League World Cups taking place in 2021, former ACT Brumby Boyle has a tough decision to make.
"I'm not too sure what I'll do, the focus has been on this year and seeing what's available. I haven't put too much thought into it to be honest," Boyle said.
"There's a Rugby League World Cup and Rugby World Cup. I know I'll definitely have to make a decision soon but at the moment I'm just focused on league.
"We'll cross that bridge when it comes next year, but who knows what will happen with Covid and whatnot. Just taking it as it comes."
Boyle isn't the only former Brumby in the Blues' ranks - Yasmin Meakes has made the switch to rugby league and is one of nine NSW debutants.
The Blues duo will go from rivals to teammates again after meeting in the NRLW decider, with Boyle's Brisbane beating Meake's Sydney Roosters 20-10 last month.
The prospect of winning an NRLW-Origin double would be awesome for Boyle after sacrificing her two jobs to play in the elite competitions.
"I love winning and I love healthy competition, especially going up against my teammates at Broncos," Boyle said.
"I know they're a great team and a better side than they were last year, but so are we. I'm really looking forward to the challenge. I'm hopeful of taking it out."
The Blues have spent the past fortnight training in Queensland to adhere to the state's strict quarantine laws.

Both teams have been housed at the Twins Waters resort, where the Melbourne Storm and Collingwood Magpies were based during their seasons.
Friday night's clash will be the first time the women's Origin has been played in Queensland, with the event drawing a sell-out crowd of more than 4800 people at Sunshine Coast Stadium.
"I'm looking forward to it to be honest. It's nice to have my family and friends from Queensland that didn't get to watch any of the NRLW games in Sydney, because we didn't have a game in Brisbane," Boyle said.
"It's nice for the few of us who haven't had an NRLW game up here since 2018.
"It's a nice change and all the girls from Sydney are loving the Sunny Coast, the weather is beautiful. It's a great place at Twins Waters, it's not a holiday but we're enjoying it as much as we can."
