Canberra will close out their three-match campaign with a clash against NSW Country at Bathurst's Charles Sturt University on Saturday.
Papalii will start at No. 8 with Grace Kemp shifting to lock for the clash against Country, with Canberra desperate to atone for back-to-back losses last weekend.
Canberra coach Dan Hawke has been rapt with Papalii's showing in the opening rounds of the four-team tournament, which has attracted the eyes of Australian selectors.
Now Canberra's emerging talent has one more chance to push for inclusion in a Wallaroos camp in the capital next month with an eye on the road to the 2021 World Cup in New Zealand.
Sydney Gold and Sydney Blue will open proceedings on Saturday before Canberra meet a Country outfit boasting Wallaroos captain Grace Hamilton and a raft of NSW Waratahs.
Country then meet Sydney Gold on Sunday in what could effectively be a final, with both sides unbeaten after their opening encounters last week.
