A 31-year-old man says he will fight allegations he shot up a Narrabundah house in the midst of a debt dispute.

Self-employed tiler Brodie Antoniak appeared briefly in the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday via phone from the Alexander Maconochie Centre.
His lawyer, Rachel Fisher, entered pleas on his behalf: not guilty to firing a gun at someone, firing a gun at a building, and intentionally damaging a car.
Mr Antoniak did not enter pleas to two fresh charges: using a shortened .22 calibre rifle without a licence and damaging an aluminium fence gate.
All of the charges stem from an alleged incident on November 3, which police say was the culmination of a dispute about a ute.
They allege Mr Antoniak sold an old friend a ute as a form of payback for a $7000 debt , but later demanded the ute back and said: "If I don't get [it] ... I'm going to kill you."
When the ute wasn't returned, Mr Antoniak and another person allegedly pulled up in a Holden Commodore at the man's house on Goyder Street in Narrabundah.
Mr Antoniak allegedly got out of the car and drew a .22 calibre rifle, before he shot at the man who yelled to his children, "He's here, he's here, get in the bathtub".
Mr Antoniak allegedly left soon after, but doubled back to fire another two rounds at the house.
One of the Narrabundah man's neighbours later told officers they saw Mr Antoniak jump on the alleged victim's car and say, "I'm going to shoot you".
After Mr Antoniak entered the pleas on Wednesday, he did not apply for bail.
Magistrate Glenn Theakston formally refused it, and said Mr Antoniak would be back in court on January 19.
The tiler is also dealing with two unrelated charges - common assault and contravening a court order - which he has pleaded not guilty to.
