Queanbeyan jockey Ellen Hennessy will head to Canterbury for her second ever ride in town on Friday, to pilot Joe Cleary's stable star Kiss My Swiss.

Fresh from her dominant Thunderbolt win over five furlongs on Queanbeyan Cup day, the speedy five-year-old will contest a benchmark 72 handicap (1100m) chasing the first metropolitan win of her career.
For Irish-born Hennessy it means a return to Sydney where she rode Queanbeyan Cup placegetter Pecuniary Interest for Nick Olive five weeks ago.
"You try and treat it like just another race so you don't get nervy or anything," Hennessy said.
"I love her [Kiss My Swiss], I ride her every day, I ride her all her work. It's really good for the owners to let me ride her up in town given there's so many other jockeys they could've put on.
"I reckon she'll go really good, she's flying. I rode her this [Tuesday] morning and she was going really well."
Hennessy will warm up for her Sydney sojourn with four rides at Queanbeyan on Thursday. She'll pilot Fell's Hero and Ramachandra for Cleary, and also rides Fantasy Belle for Tash Burleigh and Byblos Boy for Peter Korn.

"He's flying, he's an 11-year-old gelding and he is probably at the top of his career I reckon," Hennessy said.
Hennessy also expected Ramachandra to run well after his last-start salute at Cowra.
"He's just coming off a maiden win so it's a bit of a step up in grade but he's going good and got the blinkers on too."
