Samsung has launched its latest Galaxy S Series smartphones unveiling cutting-edge technology and design features that have seekers of the market's best and most head-turning devices paying special attention.

The new range comes at a time when technology has become even more valuable in people's lives, allowing them to keep working and stay in touch with friends and family, said Samsung Electronics Australia Senior Vice President - IT and Mobile, Garry McGregor.

"The events of 2020 have changed us fundamentally," he said. "Mobile technology specifically has been critical in facilitating connectedness, stability of work, education and foster self expression. Mobile devices are today more critical than ever.

"It is Samsung's responsibility to rise to that occasion with new innovation that responds to this need, now more than ever."

The range of models in the new series aims to provide the perfect device to meet the needs of every customer depending on how they use their smartphone in their lives.

The Galaxy S21 is for those who want a light design and compact 6.2 inch display, while the Galaxy S21+ sports an expanded 6.7 inch display and a larger battery, perfect for marathon gamers and binge watchers. (2)

For the first time on a Galaxy smartphone you can shoot in 4K at 60fps across all lenses, so you can shift to a different perspective with the same quality. It also features Samsung's biggest leap yet in low-light photography technology that allows users to capture shots in challenging conditions like a dimly-lit room or a landscape at night with excellent quality.

The S21 Ultra is also where you'll find the additional feature of compatibility with the fan favourite S Pen experience for the first time on any of Samsung's S series devices.
