Frederick Elijah Mercy Tuifua, 26, was last August arrested and charged with murdering Canberra Comanchero commander Pitasoni Ulavalu.
He pleaded not guilty and has been on remand at Canberra's jail since his arrest.
On Tuesday, Mr Tuifua appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court via phone for a scheduled pre-hearing mention.
Four others charged over the Kokomo's incident were represented by their legal counsel at court, while Maximilian Ellis Kurt Budack made a brief in-person appearance. All five of them have pleaded not guilty to affray charges.
The pre-hearing mention was adjourned, but Special Magistrate Margaret Hunter charged Mr Tuifia with two fresh offences.
The first alleged that he was violent towards someone in the context of an affray on November 1; the second alleged he inflicted grievous bodily harm on Canberra bikie Zachary Robb on the day of the Kokomo's brawl, July 19.
Mr Budack was also charged with an additional count of affray over the alleged November 1 incident.
Prosecutors stressed the new affray charges were unrelated to the fatal brawl at Kokomo's, and could be mentioned at the group's next court appearance.

They said all parties were seeking a four-week adjournment for the scheduled pre-hearing mention so "further material" could be disclosed and considered.
Ms Hunter agreed to grant the request. She re-scheduled the pre-hearing mention for February 8.
