The Giants' home jersey will be draped in their typical charcoal and orange colours, but the large G that has long been towards the side of the design has been shifted to the middle.
That large G will become the feature piece of the strip, which will be worn for home games in western Sydney and the three regular season clashes at Manuka Oval.
In previous seasons Giants players wore a Canberra-centric strip designed in 2011 by local John Gerrard, which featured Telstra Tower next to the off-centre G.
A much bolder clash strip will also be worn in 2021 - an all orange design featuring a charcoal G.
"We are delighted with the new designs that our AFL team will wear this year as we celebrate our 10th season in the competition," Giants chief Dave Matthews said.
"Over the past 10 years, the Giants have developed a reputation for being innovative in everything we do and these bold designs fit with this ethos.
"I have no doubt that our members will love these new designs and they'll prove very popular as we mark this significant milestone across the 2021 season."
All giants jumpers worn this year will feature their 10-year logo, inside the collar.
The club has also committed to wearing the Indigenous jumper designed by AFL youngster Bobby Hill for last year's 2020 Sir Doug Nicholls round.
That jumper was worn by the Giants three times throughout 2020.

The Giants didn't play a single match at Manuka Oval in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but return with a bang this season, hosting the Melbourne Demons, Western Bulldogs and last year's preliminary finalists Port Adelaide.
They're also scheduled to host Essendon in Canberra on March 5 as part of the AFL's preseason series.
GWS hosted Fremantle, St Kilda and Hawthorn at Manuka Oval in 2019, en route to their maiden AFL grand final.
