Founder and director of Newton Classes Jaya Khosla has more than 28 years' experience teaching in schools in Australia, New Zealand and India. She has mainly taught chemistry to college students, maths and science to high school students and taught chemistry to grade 11 and 12 students in India.
She has a Bachelor of Science (maths, chemistry and biology), Master of Science (chemistry), Bachelor of Education, Master of Education and PG Diploma in Computers.
Honorary faculty Nick Newton has more than 32 years of teaching experience where he taught information technology subjects at university level as an Asst. Professor for about 15 years.
In addition, he taught advanced maths and physics to high school and college students as a tutor for about 17 years.
Nick said, "We provide high quality customised tutoring to meet the individual learning needs of each student with scope for extension or remedial work as required.
"As a result, most of our students achieved ATAR 95+ and many of them scored ATAR 99+ in year 12."
Other tutors at Newton Classes include medical students and a doctor, who have all achieved exceptionally high results in their studies.
