A man has died after he was hit by a truck while crossing the Princes Highway.

Emergency services arrived at the corner of Princes Highway and Wason Street, Ulladulla, about 3pm, after it was reported the pedestrian had been struck as he tried to cross the road.
He died at the scene and has not been formally identified yet.
South Coast Police officers attended and established a crime scene.
The male truck driver was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
The Princes Highway remains closed in both directions between Green St and South St. A local detour is in place.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time due to heavy traffic.
