Officers from the NSW police organised crime unit Strike Force Raptor inspected the man's truck at the Marulan weigh station, uncovering 127 kilograms of cannabis in vacuum sealed bags in eight boxes.
Police also raided a home in Merrylands, NSW, in connection to the Marulan raid and seized a gel blaster, steroids and cash.
The truckie, a 25-year-old Indian national, was charged with possessing a prohibited plant, possessing an unauthorised gun, supplying a large quantity of a prohibited drug and dealing with the proceeds of crime.
He was refused police bail to appear in Goulburn local court on Wednesday.
Police said they would work with the Department of Home Affairs regarding the Indian national's visa status.
