Best bet: Race three, No.1. Phearson: Both runs to date have been good in particular his last run was enormous, better drawn and Tom Berry on he looks the winner.
Best roughie: Race four. No.8: Embeller: Forgive unplaced run first up she was very good last prep and can follow the speed and finish well.
Race one: 1st: No.3 Washington Towers: Has always showed talent but has had issues, big effort when second up off a long break and finished strongly, should get a nice run. 2nd: No.4 Nobody's Puppet: Very speedy mare who is racing well this prep, she will be hard to run down. 3rd: No.1 Delacour: Went too fierce last time at 1200, better suited here at her pet distance, claim an inside draw are in her favour. 4th: No.6 Snitzinnati: Watch market.
Race two: 1st: No.1 Phearson: Nice colt who is ready to win, both runs to date have been very good and most unlucky last time, has a good gate and top jock, looks the one here. 2nd: No.6 Zouflu: Beaten fav last time here but she had excuses, extra distance will suit here. 3rd: No.9 Important Product: Improving with each run and should race handy from inside gate. 4th: No.3 Rockover: Next best.
Race three: 1st: No.7 Propose To Me: Nice mare who is looking for this distance, struck trouble in c/ship qualifier and much better suited here, she has a big turn of foot. 2nd: No.3 Silent Agenda: Racing in great form this prep and in stronger grade, back in distance is no concern. 3rd: No.2 Rockarosa: Very honest mare who can get a nice run throughout. 4th: No.4 Exotic Deal: Has claims.
Race four: 1st: No.1 Blazing Mac: Speedy mare who was unlucky first up at Goulburn, well drawn and suited going up in distance, hard to run down. 2nd: No.8 Embeller: Impressive maiden win last prep, had excuses when unplaced first up and can improve from the inside draw. 3rd: No.2 Shenandoah: Solid effort when resuming here andis2/2 second up, his manners have always been his problem, watch parade. 4th: No.4 Hasty Duchess: Will finish off strongly.
Race five: 1st: No.3 Formeinaway: Had a number of trials before solid placing at Newcastle on heavy ground, will improve on a dry track and inside draw make him the clear top pick. 2nd: No.13 Miss McGregor: Improving filly who finished off strongly at Goulburn at second run, good chance again. 3rd: No.5 Mr Pucka: Has trialled well, watch market. 4th: No.4 Grand Lusitano: Next best.
Race six: 1st: No.2 Equation: Smart colt who has won 3 of his four starts, hit the line strongly last time and extra distance should be ideal. 2nd: No.11 Molly Mails: Smart filly shooting for the hattrick here after narrow win in the preview, don't take her lightly. 3rd: No.3 Kermanding: Was very impressive last prep has had two solid trials for this, will be strong late. 4th: No.3 Highway Supremacy: Next best.
Race seven: 1st: No.3 Entente: Very nice stayer, resumed here and was super in defeat with huge weight, drops 7kg and has the speed to overcome wide draw, looks very hard to beat. 2nd: No.9 Aussie Nugget: Racing well in strong company in Victoria, most unlucky last time and will be strong late. 3rd: No.1 Hush Writer: Brings a lot of class here and well weighted, first up here but will get a nice run. 4th: No.8 Maid Of Ore: Placed in the cup last year and will run well again.
Race eight: 1st: No.7 Fourmadec: Trialled well before finishing strongly to win on debut, will improve and extra distance ideal for him, looks very hard to beat. 2nd: No.1 Impressive Lass: Consistent filly who has never been further back than fourth in her six runs in city/provincial grade, main danger. 3rd: No.4 Sisseck: Strong win first up for new stable and extra distance a plus. 4th: No.12 Sir Finn: Next best.
