It comes as Kyle's Monaro side prepares to face Riverina in the NSW women's country championship semi-final at Seiffert Oval on Sunday morning.
Kyle has opened talks with Canberra Region Rugby League general manager Mark Vergano about the prospect of fielding a team in the NSW senior competition.
The move would provide the Canberra region's top players with a pathway to the NRLW and could pit them against State of Origin and Jillaroos stars.
"I know Mark Vergano is a big supporter of that as well but it has to be right place right time. I'd certainly like to strike while the iron is hot and hopefully get a side in the next couple of years," Kyle said.
"We had [NSW Blues coach] Kylie Hilder come down and talk to our girls about pathways. Even in this team we had Samantha Economos a couple of years ago play, and she went to play NRLW for the [New Zealand] Warriors last year, there's plenty of growth in this competition.
"It would have been nice to have a few more games in this competition this year, just short time frames hasn't been possible but our girls want something more and the NRL and NSWRL are trying to provide that."
