Police are calling for two elderly women who may have witnessed a car fire in Canberra's south to come forward.

Police say a grey Nissan X-Trail was set alight in the south carpark on Pine Island Road, Greenway at about 9.30am on March 11.
They say the alleged offenders fled the scene in a grey Nissan Pulsar.
Police have spoken to several witnesses and believe two elderly women who were in the area at that time may have seen the incident.
They have called on public assistance to locate them.
