A driver reportedly seen driving erratically through Canberra's northern suburbs allegedly followed another driver and attempted to get into their vehicle.

Police are searching for the driver of a Mitsubishi Triton utility with NSW registration, which allegedly came up behind a car as it turned into Coulter Drive, at about 2pm March 20.
Later that day, police say the Mitsubishi was seen driving erratically on John Gorton Drive.
Police allege the driver followed a car and tried to cut it off several times as it followed it through the streets of Coombs.
The driver of the Triton is alleged to have exited his vehicle and tried to open the door of the car.
The driver of the Triton stopped following the car when it entered the Tuggeranong Parkway. The car driver subsequently reported the incident to police.
