When filming commences in July, the 19-year-old from Wagga Wagga will be flown to a secret location in Australia. Over six days, she will complete a series of personal challenges to raise even more for her chosen charity, Myeloma Australia.
But before the end of May, she's hoping to double her initial target in order to help her mother, Alison, qualify for the show too.
"When Meg was contemplating it, I wasn't sure," Mrs Graham said.
"[Then] I thought, why not. It's not a competition, it's an adventure and that's the positive thing about this."
In February 2019, when aged just 49, Mrs Graham was diagnosed with a rare and incurable blood cancer known as multiple myeloma.
Months later, Mrs Graham had a stem cell transplant that has proven successful.

But living with cancer means she must navigate years of treatment and bouts of prolonged illness.
"Having myeloma and being on this show, it's a way to demonstrate resilience, and highlight that there are memories still to be made and life to be lived," Mrs Graham said.
"I'll have to overcome a lot of fear, but I'm willing to do that with my daughter. I'm in a good place with my remission now too."
While there is nothing the mother and daughter say they won't do for the charity, they do admit there are a few challenges that would knock their knees more than others.
"I'm kind of afraid of heights so I'll have to talk myself into doing anything too high," Miss Graham said.
"Jumping out of a plane would be hard for me, I think."
Throughout their fundraising journey so far, the mother and daughter have been introduced to scores of others in the NSW Riverina and across the country who have experienced the challenges of living with myeloma.
"We so want to thank those who have donated to our cause," Mrs Graham said.
"Some have given anonymously, [but] we've met so many people who have myeloma or who have had family members with myeloma. It's been encouraging."
