A teenage P-plate driver will face court later this month over a car crash in Wanniassa last year that resulted in the death of a 16-year-old girl.

The 19-year-old man was charged with culpable driving causing death over the incident.
The 16-year-old was a passenger inside the car when it left the road on Longmore Crescent in Wanniassa during the early hours of October 31, police said.
She was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries but died on November 3.
The driver, along with two other passengers, were also taken to hospital in the aftermath of the crash.
The 19-year-old has been summonsed to be appear before the ACT Magistrates Court on April 14 on the charge relating to the crash.
