The culinary choice in Canberra is also quite a multicultural affair, with many different nations and regions represented if you just make the effort to look for them.
Another thing you can find easily enough are eateries that take certain dietary concerns into consideration, whether it's a choice like veganism or vegetarianism, or an intolerance for something like gluten or lactose. Of course, don't just assume those will be available, but Canberra's menu options are generally more sympathetic than some places.
The same goes for visitors to our nation's capital when it's time to settle down for the evening and go to bed. Anyone wanting something more than just a place to rest their head will find an overwhelming number of options when it comes to the types of places they could stay.
For those wanting to get out and about with a sense of occasion, we've even seen a number of events start to return to the calendar. The solution to people management now is ticketed bookings, which is how the Canberra Craft Beer and Cider Festival was run in March for example.
Whatever you do, please ensure you follow all COVID-safe practices as they apply at that location and that time so that we can all look forward to some fabulous eating, drinking and overnight experiences.
