The culinary choice in Canberra is also quite a multicultural affair, with many different nations and regions represented if you just make the effort to look for them.
Another thing you can find easily enough are eateries that take certain dietary concerns into consideration, whether it's a choice like veganism or vegetarianism, or an intolerance for something like gluten or lactose.
