Not to mention numerous Rugby League Annuals backing them up as well.
According to the NSW Rugby League website, the Raiders' 18-14 premiership win over the Illawarra Steelers on Saturday was their third - adding to grand final wins in 1995 and 2005.
They dedicated that victory to Raiders recruitment guru Peter Mulholland, who's in hospital getting treatment for blood cancer.
But it turns out they also won it in 2003 with a 16-4 victory over Parramatta.
Online, NSWRL have listed it as a Penrith win.
But Canberra Raiders football manger Matt Ford was in his third year as the strength-and-conditioning coach for the juniors back then.
He recalls the win, with coach David Hamilton's team boasting future NRL star Todd Carney, Joe Picker, captain Michael Dobson and Tim Weyman.
The Canberra Times also put in a call to NRL statistics guru David Middleton, who confirmed the Raiders win.
"'Hamo' texted me something [on Saturday] about, 'They missed us from 2003' and I couldn't get what he was talking about," Ford said.
"And he said, 'NSW Rugby League have listed Penrith as the premiers in 2003' and we had a laugh about it.
"I don't know what's happened there, but we've got the winning photo to prove it."
