Rory Scott.
It's the name that shows there is a genuine pathway for ACT juniors to make a name for themselves on the game's big stage.
Scott will start at flanker in the Brumbies' Super Rugby AU final showdown against the Queensland Reds at Lang Park on Saturday night.
It marks his third start in what will be his fifth appearance at the top level, and the stakes have never been higher in his short career.
MORE RUGBY UNION
Needless to say "it'll be a heavy night on Saturday" if his Canberra Royals teammates can beat the Tuggeranong Vikings in the John I Dent Cup and then watch the Brumbies triumph.
"Seeing players like Rory get up, it obviously gives you encouragement to get there yourself," Royals inside centre Burden said.
"We've got a few players who played Brumbies Runners at the start of the season and I think they all want to get up."
Royals will hunt for their first win of the year when they face Tuggeranong at Phillip Oval on Saturday - it looms as a perfect time to break the drought.
"We obviously know it's a big game, rivals, Tuggies are always a big game. Very pumped, very keen," Burden said. "Not just first grade, all grades, even the women's and everything, we're pumped up. Whenever we see the Vikings game you think 'it's a big game, get up for it'."
