Public Sector Informant: Missed opportunities for gender equality abound in the budget

Like the budget before it, the 2021-22 budget held out the promise of structural reform to address gender equality. Disappointingly, it delivered yet another missed opportunity for doing so. Those examining the fiscal entrails of this latest effort look for a way forward.
