Currently the ACT is allocated 7020 doses of the Pfizer vaccine weekly, set to jump to 10,530 each week in July, and as high as 14,000 a week by the end of August.
Under the vaccine allocations for the states and territories released on Wednesday, it's projected GPs will receive at least 5,500 doses of Pfizer each week by the end of August.
In September Pfizer will overtake AstraZeneca as the main vaccine in use in the ACT, with up to 30,000 doses available each week across the territory hubs and GPs.
The Moderna vaccine is expected to be available in September, with between 1000 and 2000 doses available weekly in the ACT.
Between October and December the ACT is expected to be administering between 34,000 and 50,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine across all channels, and up to 10,000 Moderna vaccines a week.
By the final quarter of the year, the AstraZeneca vaccine will only be given to the states on request, as the federal government expects all people in the over 60 age group who want to will have had their jab.
"For all of those people and cohorts that AstraZeneca is preferred, we think they will have received their AstraZeneca, before the fourth quarter," COVID-19 task force commander Lieutenant General John Frewen said.
That vaccine is no longer recommended for people under 60 over extremely rare but serious blood clots which have claimed two lives from more than 3.8 million doses.

The document released on Wednesday was made made available to the states in national cabinet on Monday.
According to the document final allocations will be made available to the states four weeks in advance after notice from the vaccine manufacturers.
Up to 2.3 million - with 1.5 million to GPs and the rest to state vaccination hubs - Pfizer doses could be allocated every week between October and December.
Moderna will join the rollout from September with between 87,000 and 125,000 doses forecast to be distributed weekly.
An additional 50,000 Pfizer doses will be provided to NSW by Friday.
The federal government has also forged ahead with building a new $200 million purpose-built Victorian quarantine centre.
The plan will not face the scrutiny of the public works committee, allowing it to be fast-tracked.
