Brumbies players James Slipper, Allan Alaalatoa, Darcy Swain, Rob Valetini, Noah Lolesio, Len Ikitau and Tom Banks will start for the Wallabies on Saturday at Eden Park.
The last time seven Brumbies players lined up for the Wallabies was in their 27-19 win over the All Blacks in 2015 in Sydney.
Wallabies coach Dave Rennie said the selection showed the state of rugby union in the capital was brilliant.
"It's got good depth there and a lot of good men who front really well for us and get an opportunity again," he said.
"We're just picking who we think's the best to do the job. I guess maybe that's the advantage of me being a Kiwi. I've got no loyalty to any of the promises and ... there's some good boys coming out of Canberra."

One exemption from the line-up was veteran Wallaby Nic White, who is still recovering from a knee injury that ruled him out of the French series. However, after joining in a full training session on Tuesday, it is expected he will return for the Rugby Championship.
New Wallabies star Noah Lolesio will wear the No.10 jersey against New Zealand, after starting the last three Tests against France. Rennie said they were more than happy to put him out there again.
"He's got better and better, we believe. His kicking has been exemplary," he said.
"He's really trying to grow his game management and working hard on that area and the skill sets around that. He's only a young man but he's making really big strides and certainly feeling a lot more comfortable at national level now."
Experienced flyhalf Quade Cooper was brought into the 42-player squad late and was eager to contribute in any way he could, whether it be giving advice to Lolesio or putting on the Australian jersey himself.
Captain Michael Hooper said Lolesio and Cooper had been sharing information and it was nice to see.
